Our
office is located at the rear of our house next to the pool area. The house is
the first thing you see as you drive up our roadway to the chalets. At our "Front
Desk" you can register, make reservations, or pick up brochures about the
area. Our chalets area open for business from April 1st - November 30th. If you
wish to make inquiries or a reservation someone is available to take your call
or e-mail. 
*Note: Rates are based on the whole cottage up to the maximum occupancy level. Sorry, no pets! Also note that rates differ for a one night stay. Booking and Cancellation Information To book a minimum of two nights accommodation at Summerville Beach Retreat simply fill the reservation form below. A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) may be required to hold your reservation. Note: all prices are in Canadian funds and do not include 15% HST. It should be noted that internet reservations will be confirmed by telephone within 48 hours of receiving the booking form. Rooms are guaranteed only if supported by a major credit card. Our cancellation policy is as follows: A. Reservations for two nights may be cancelled with 72 hours notice. If your reservation is for more than two nights seven days notice is required. B. In the event of failure to cancel a reservation within the required notice period, Summerville Beach Retreat reserves the right to debit your credit card for the number of days of your reservation that Summerville Beach Retreat was unable to re-rent. C. All reservations must be accompanied by a 25% deposit, that is 100% refundable if cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival.
