Our "Front Desk" is in the solarium of our restored old home. The house is the first thing you see as drive up the steep driveway to the chalets. At our "Front Desk" you can register, make reservations, pick-up a few brochures from the area,

receive a business card from our young son (who insists of giving them to everyone who approaches the house) and ask as many questions as you like.

Our Internet "Front Desk" offers the same services, so don't be afraid to ask those questions, request those brochures or book your private chalet, cottage or vacation rental.

*Note: Children under 5 years of age stay FREE; $15 per night ($90 per week) for each additional person. Sorry, no pets! Also note that rates differ for a one night stay and are subject to change over the Christmas Holidays.

Booking and Cancellation Information

To book a minimum of two nights accommodation at Summerville Beach Retreat simply fill the reservation form below. A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) may be required to hold your reservation. Note: all prices are in Canadian funds and do not include 15% HST.

It should be noted that internet reservations will be confirmed by telephone within 48 hours of receiving the booking form. Rooms are guaranteed only if supported by a major credit card. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

A. Reservations for two nights may be cancelled with 72 hours notice. If your reservation is for more than two nights seven days notice is required.

B. In the event of failure to cancel a reservation within the required notice period, Summerville Beach Retreat reserves the right to debit your credit card for the number of days of your reservation that Summerville Beach Retreat was unable to re-rent.

C. All reservations must be accompanied by a 25% deposit, that is 100% refundable if cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival.
